Unable to Load dc-client and Getting Error "dc-client.jnlp Java.io.FileNotFoundException" after Enabling SSO On Capture (Doc ID 2081304.1)

Symptoms

After setting up OAM/Webgate, the users are unable to load the capture client URL (http://<machine name>:16400/dc-client).

The following error is reported in the Capture logs:
