Page disappears from SitePlan Tree when dragged onto Itself (Doc ID 2081789.1)

Symptoms

In the Contributor UI, while using the Site Tree - when a Page (Page A) is dragged/dropped to a position under it's own child page (Page B), both Page A and Page B disappear from the tree. They don't even appear in the Unplaced Pages node, but they are still in the system.
