Error TCM-91000: When Launching Managed Attachments from the AXF Command Driver page, or Soap-UI (Doc ID 2082457.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to launch and test Managed Attachments from the IPM AXF Command Driver page, the following error occurs:

... <Error> <oracle.imaging.axf> <BEA-000000> <TCM-91000: An unexpected system error occurred. Contact your system administrator for support.
oracle.imaging.axf.resources.AxfException: java.lang.ClassCastException: $Proxy300
at oracle.imaging.axf.service.AxfSolutionMediatorBean.lookupSolution(AxfSolutionMediatorBean.java:216)
at oracle.imaging.axf.service.AxfSolutionMediatorBean.execute(AxfSolutionMediatorBean.java:145)

The Webcenter Content Managed Attachments actually works properly from EBS and/or Peoplesoft, but fails when testing from the IPM AXF command driver page, or when using SOAP UI.
