Universal Connection Pool Unable To Set Password On UCP Pool Data Source From Connection String (Doc ID 2083767.1)

Symptoms

Testcase using JDBC and UCP version 12.1.0.2 show that the call to PoolDataSourceImpl.setPassword( String s) is required even if the user and password are specified inside the connection URL syntax .
This is not the case with JDBC and UCP 12.1.0.1

Issue is specific to oracle.ucp.jdbc.PoolDataSourceImpl and does not reproduce with oracle.jdbc.pool.OracleDataSource
