Exalogic: Login To ZFS Storage Heads ILOM's Fails With "Too many users are logged in" Error (Doc ID 2084785.1)

Symptoms

Issue of login to Exalogic ZFS Storage Heads ILOMs failing with "Too many users are logged in" error is seen sometimes.

Login attempt to ILOM using BUI and CLI both fail with "Too many users are logged in" error.

When attempting to connect to the ILOM via shared shell following message is displayed when this issue is encountered.
