Goal

This Note provides detailed steps for enabling vServer placement debug flags in EMOC in Exalogic Virtual rack.

vServer placement debug logging information may be needed in troubleshooting issues with EMOC like vServer creation, startup failing etc. vServer placement debug logs show on which Compute Node the vServer is being placed by the EMOC when a vServer is created or started.
