Symptoms

You have an Exalogic System deployed in a virtual configuration where you have configured a local YUM repository on a vServer as a mirror that synchronizes with one or more YUM repositories external to the Exalogic rack, such as the Oracle Public Yum Repository (http://public-yum.oracle.com/). No errors were encountered while performing the setup of the local repository via the following article:

However, the daily cron job defined to synchronize the local repository with the external repository sources fails with the following errors in the respective cron log (e.g. uln-yum-mirror.log):
