Admin applets not working after switching to HTTPS via TLS

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Admin applets should work

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access admin applets through administration
2. Admin applets not available


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Extra time and steps required to logon to server and load applets

 Started accessing WebCenter Content via https rather than http
