WLST Fails With WebLogic Server 12.2.1 (Doc ID 2088108.1)

WLST is failing as the default Listen Port of Node Manager is not being picked up.

Ideally 5555 or 5556 should be automatically picked up in machine Node Manager configuration if not set explicitly.

This causes WLST script to fail.
