Oracle Business Process Management Suite  12.1.3.0.0 

Application Freezing For Several Minutes And AWR Shows JPS Queries In Top SQL , When  user Logging to the BPM server console and added more projects to the user ,  this is causing the performance issues in the environment

From AWR report found the following query causing the performance issue:

SELECT /*+ USE_NL(attr) USE_NL(DN) */ attr.* FROM JPS_ATTRS attr, JPS_DN DN WHERE DN.PARENTDN = :1 AND DN.ENTRYID = attr.JPS_DN_ENTRYID and exists ( select /*+ INDEX(A IDX_CT_10_ATTRVAL) */ 1 from CT_10 A where ( A.JPS_DN_ENTRYID = DN.entryid ) and ( A.attrval = :2 ))
