After Changing Java Version Unable To Start Environment (Doc ID 2090361.1)

Symptoms

After changing java to Sun Hotspot jdk1.7 and starting environment of WebCenter Sites getting following errors:

starting weblogic with Java version:
java version "1.7.0_76"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_76-b13)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 24.76-b04, mixed mode)
Starting WLS with line:
