Oracle iPlanet Web Server Fails To Start with Siebel Plugin Configuration (Doc ID 2091309.1)

Goal

After configuring Siebel plugin within iPlanet Web Sever the server fails to start with following error messages.

failure: CORE2253: Error running Init function load-modules: dlopen of <PATH>/SWEAPP_SWSE_TESS/bin/libswenes.so failed (ld.so.1: webservd: fatal: libstcaswpi.so: open failed: No such file or directory)
