WCCREC Disposition Process Not Progressing During Nightly Records Batch Services (Doc ID 2091599.1)

Symptoms

The WCCREC/URM disposition process are not running/processing on a nightly basis for for categories with custom auto approved disposition actions, such as Auto delete or Auto Cutoff (actions that do not require approval).

They do work when running batch is ran manually from Records > Batch services.
