Symptoms

 

Report is called from form using RUN_PRODUCT built-in (on 9iAS Release 
1.0.2.2 with Forms 6.0.8.13.1) the following errors are occured:

REP-0004
REP-0110
REP-1070

When the same report is executed via command line in a browser it runs fine.
