Symptoms
Contribution UI not working when accessed with IE or Chrome. The problem appears to be that certain dojo JS files are delivered with mime type text/html instead of text/javascript.
- The web browser indicates that it refused to execute the script because its MIME type is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled.
