Modify_by & Create_by Of Track Change History In EO Is Overwritten By Other Users In ADF (Doc ID 2093143.1)

Symptoms

 The attributes "created_by" and "modified_by" of the track change history in an Entity Object are overwritten with values from other user sessions in ADF when using ADF 12c versions.

The behaviour is easily seen when the application is accessed through different browsers and different users are used. Upon creating new records you will notice that the value of "created_by" and/or "modified_by" are filled with the user of the other session and not the currently connected user.
