Symptoms

When using Oracle Tuxedo Application Runtime(ART) for IMS Patch Level 020, from times to times the ART IMS Client is hanging in tpcall ARTIGW_SVC.

Issue had been introduced within ART IMS Patch Level 020 fix:

21545282 RESPONSE=NO IN IMSTRANS.DESC DOES NOT WORK
