Exalogic Virtual: vServer Creation Failing with "java.lang.NullPointerException" Popup Error Message (Doc ID 2094256.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual releases issue of vServer creation from EMOC failing with "java.lang.NullPointerException" popup dialogue as shown is below screenshot is seen. Job is not submitted at the time of the issue.

                                                                                                                          

vServer creation fails with same error even when only "IPoIB-vserver-shared-storage" network is selected.
