When Opening a Completed Task Members of the Task Owner Group See "Error occurred while displaying History tree table. Insufficient privileges to access the task information for this task...." (Doc ID 2094317.1)

Symptoms

For a task which has a task ASSIGNMENT Group specified as some "Group 1"  and has a task OWNER Group specified as some "Group 2" where members of each "Group 1" and "Group 2" are not members of the SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS group. 

When a member of "Group 2" (for example, <OGmember_ID1>) opens the completed task to verify the specific member of "Group 1" who had approved the request (for example, <AGmember_ID1>), they are not able to view task details of the completed task and the following error is seen:

ERROR
Error occurred while displaying History tree table.   Insufficient privileges to access the task information for this task.  Ensure that the user has been granted appropriate privileges to access the task information for this task.



The corresponding $DOMAIN_HOME/servers/soa_serverX/logs/soa_serverX-diagnostic.log shows:
