What is the correct value for "Installation Type" in an OAC command line installation (Doc ID 2095887.1)

Goal

On : 12.1.3.0.0 version, Core

While installing OAC(Oracle API Catalog) using command line receiving the following error:
/usr/java71_64/jre/bin/java -jar oer_generic.jar -silent -responseFile /oracle/OAC_Binaries12C/OAC_oraInst.loc -invPtrLoc /oracle/OAC_Binaries12C/OAC_oraInst.loc -logLevel severe

Verifying data......
[VALIDATION] [ERROR]:INST-07546: Unable to find install type EnterpriseRepository
[VALIDATION] [SUGGESTION]:Provide a valid install type
installation Failed. Exiting installation due to data validation failure.
