Custom Columns Showing Null Values in TaskList in WebCenter Portal (Doc ID 2096623.1)

This is WebCenter Portal 11.1.1.8 integrated with BPM 11.1.1.7.5.
The BPM worklist table has been customised to add  custom columns.
When viewing the tasklist in BPM , these column headers are visible and also the value of the columns are correctly displayed.
Viewing the same tasklist in WebCenter Portal, the tasklist custom columns are also visible but the values of these columns are not displayed.
No errors are shown in the logs.

Initially, the BPM version was 11.1.1.7.4,. When using that BPM version 11.1.1.7.4 the issue was also present in BPM worklist.
When BPM was upgraded to 11.1.1.7.5 the issue was solved on the BPM side, but it is still not working in the WebCenter Portal ADF tasklist.
