Multicast Address and Port Set for Unicast Cluster via WLST Offline Mode (Doc ID 2097834.1)

Goal

While configuring a Unicast cluster through WLST in offline mode, the Multicast address and port are getting reflected in the config.xml file. These should not be added.

This issue only exists with WLS 10.3.6. This issue does not exist with WLS 12.1.3 and WLS 12.2.1.

For some reason, this also sets the following in the config.xml:

Multicast Address = IP
Multicast Port = PORT

Correctly IP cluster mode is set as Unicast; the multicast address and port should not be reflected in the config.xml.
