Managed Attachments returns error: TCM-91001 and ParameterKey=RIDC_CONNECTION_STR[[ (Doc ID 2098664.1)

Symptoms

When using EBS or Peoplesoft, the Managed Attachments Dialog does not open. The following error is found in the logs:

Also, when using AXF Command Driver Page (e.g. http://localhost:16000/imaging/faces/Driver.jspx). The following error occurs:

TCM-91001: SolutionParameter not found for: SolutionNamespace={0}, CommandNamespace={1}, ConfigurationNamespace={2}, ParameterKey={3}
