On WebLogic Server (WLS) 12.1.2 intermittently noticing stuck threads as below in production during high load situation.This results in lot of long running and stuck threads and eventually the server becomes unresponsive.

--> The jsf lib being used is the one that comes with WLS i.e bea12.1.2/wlserver/common/deployable-libraries/jsf-1.2.war

 --> Using JSF (1.2.0) and Seam API, there is non thread safe access to the api method resulting in infinite looping at HashMap resize method
