Foreign JNDI Lookup Timeout Not Dynamically Effective (Doc ID 2099649.1)

Setting a Foreign JNDI lookup timeout works well only for the first time. It throws a Request Timeout exception after the scheduled time as follows:

Resetting for the next time to a lower value, the changes are not effective and the Request Timeout Exception doesn't occur.
