OIM And/or SOA Datasources do not Connect after Changing Schema Password (Doc ID 2099794.1)

After changing the schema password for all the servers(BI,OIM & SOA), the SOA and OIM servers are starting but some operations fail.
- Followed note 1672134.1 for steps.

Some how requests are not created and the following error is seen in logs.
Also soa-infa is shown as down in EM console.

Caused by: javax.ejb.CreateException: SDP-25700: An unexpected exception was caught.
Cause: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceDeadException: 0:
Could not connect to 'oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver'.

The returned message is: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

It is likely that the login or password is not valid.
It is also possible that something else is invalid in
the configuration or that the database is not available.
Action: Check the stack trace for more details.
