Symptoms

After changing the schema password for all the servers (Business Intelligence (BI), OIM and SOA), the SOA and OIM servers are starting but some operations fail.

For example, requests are not created and the following error is seen in logs:

 Also soa-infa is shown as down in Enterprise Manager (EM) console.
