opatch lsinventory -invPtrloc Fails with the Error "OUI found no such ORACLE_HOME set in the environment" (Doc ID 2100056.1)

 While running opatch lsinventory command using invPtrloc option, it fails with the below errors.

$ORACLE_HOME/OPatch/opatch lsinventory -invPtrloc /u01/apps/Oracle/10.1.3/oraInst.loc
