Forms connections hang requiring multiple restarts of HTTP server
Numerous instances of hung connections are encountered When opening a Forms 12.2.1 application through a collocated Oracle HTTP Server, there appears to be a hung connection. Restarting the HTTP server temporarily relieves this issue, but only for approximately a second, and connecting directly to the Forms server through the WLS Port does not generate the same problem.
