Error "java.lang.RuntimeException:java.security.AccessControlException: access denied" Occurs When Clicking on WEC Lookup Profile (Doc ID 2103384.1)

Symptoms

When clicking on a profile in a lookup file on a Capture profile, the below error appears:

com.sun.jersy.api.client.ClientHandlerException: java.lang.RuntimeException:java.security.AccessControlException: access denied("java.net.SocketPermission" "hostname" "resolve")
My java version:
Picked up JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS: -Djava.vendor="New Oracle"
java version "1.8.0_60"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_60-b27)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.60-b23, mixed mode)


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import a document from the Local Capture system.
2. Click on the metadata which needs a value from database lookup.
3. On clicking on lookup button in the document pane, error message displays.
