"Unable to connect to agent" when Selecting a New Work Repository in the ODI Agent Scheduler (Doc ID 2104738.1)

Symptoms

NOTE: In the examples below, the names represent a fictitious sample for clarity. Any similarity to actual environments, past or present, is purely coincidental and not intended in any manner.

After creating a new Work Repository and attaching it to an existing Master Repository that already contains one or more Work Repositories, when trying to schedule an object (a scenario or a load plan) on the new Work Repository, the following error appears:

 A new work repository was created.
