"Unable to connect to agent" when Trying to Use the ODI Agent Scheduler on a Newly Created Work Repository (Doc ID 2104738.1)

After creating a new Work Repository and attaching it to an existing Master Repository that already contains one or more Work Repositories, when trying to schedule an object (a scenario or a load plan) on the new Work Repository, the following error appears:

Error : Unable to connect to agent.
