ClassNotFoundException occurs when running the JMX Monitoring API sample program from WLST (Doc ID 2104770.1)

Symptoms

The documentation describes the necessary JAR files to use the JMX Monitoring API from WLST. however, even if they were set in the classpath, it returns the ClassNotFoundException at runtime.
