The UCM JVM heap size is slowly growing. UCM Managed Servers eventually becomes unresponsive after experiencing OutOfMemoryError exceptions.
The Leak Suspect report in Eclipse Memory Analyzer revealed either IdcClassLoader or UserStorageImplementor as a suspect. Examples are shown below:
- The classloader/component "intradoc.loader.IdcClassLoader @ 0x529e9650" occupies 412,220,256 (27.61%) bytes. The memory is accumulated in classloader/component "intradoc.loader.IdcClassLoader @ 0x529e9650".
- One instance of "intradoc.server.UserStorageImplementor" loaded by "intradoc.loader.IdcClassLoader @ 0x51055c80" occupies 209,087,448 (11.36%) bytes. The memory is accumulated in one instance of "intradoc.util.IdcLinkedHashMap" loaded by "sun.misc.Launcher$AppClassLoader @ 0x42ba38a0".
