Symptoms
Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 11g, i.e., 11.1.1.9.
The OID ldap server (oidldapd) logs continuously reporting the following error:
sgsluslLockRelease: Failed to aquire semaphore/mutex os error: 22
sgsluslLockAquire: Failed to aquire semaphore/mutex os error: 22
sgsluslLockAquire: Failed to aquire semaphore/mutex os error: 22
