ADFC-12000: State ID In Request Is Invalid For The Current Session (Doc ID 2105360.1)

Symptoms

Load testing WebCenter Portal (Spaces) on a 4 node clustered installation.
When the testing reaches 1000 users, these types of errors are seen in the Spaces logs:
