Is [EventName].nextruntime warning message an issue to be concerned about? (Doc ID 2105534.1)

Goal

This message shows up infrequently in the log.  It says warn but is it an issue to be concerned about?

[2015-12-16 00:00:06,196 CST] [WARN ] [ool-8-thread-1-Event-Heartbeat] [fatwire.logging.cs.event] File /shared/delivery/sync/event/lock/[EventName].nextruntime either does not exist, empty or the Java was unable to read. An attempt to recover from this condition will be made now by resetting the state of the file.
