Symptoms

After enabling verbose and localization trace in the system audit page for WCCREC instance, the following error occurs when implementing standard check-ins:


Once the error is encountered, the only way to get the Standard check-In to work again is to disable the Verbose localization system audit tracing and restart the WCCREC/URM managed server.
 
*Adding in the EnableLocalizationAssertions=false config setting and restarting the URM managed server will NOT resolve the issue
