Symptoms

Scheduled for batch messages - all messages remain in MSG_WAIT_BATCH status.
Even though at scheduled time, batch is supposed to process the messages, and move it to MSG_COMPLETE state, there is no complete message from the batch.

The b2b managed server diagnostic logs, shows the following error:
