Symptoms
WebCenter Portal 11.1.1.8 (plus latest extensions for JDEV/ADF)
JDeveloper 11.1.1.7.0
After upgrading browsers from IE8 to IE11, running a previously working custom application, and DISABLE Enterprise mode, the skins of the application are broken.
Below are the skins which are added in the css file of the Portal Application and these skins are the ones which are breaking when disabling the Enterprise Mode in IE-11.
