Exalogic Virtual : EMOC BUI fails to correctly display content after upgrade to Internet Explorer 11.0.26 or later (Doc ID 2108106.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading the Internet Explorer to 11 (i.e. 11.0.26 or later), the EMOC BUI, it is not showing the content properly, it is missing some tables/ data etc..

For example in 11.0.26, the network resources might be missing upon creation of an account in EMOC:

 

Ideally, the EMOC screen should display as follows (but does not in Internet Explorer 11.0.26 or later):

 

Note:

In latest IE11 versions, some other font incompatibilities might be seen.

For example, there might be nothing displayed in the main pane and everything displayed as expected in the left pane (Assets, vDC Management etc.). However, once clicked on anything on the left pane, there might be an animated "working" icon at the top of the main area (spinning circle).
