Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When users are trying to see their checked out content items, they are seeing the content checked out by all users resulting in users unable to identify their own documents.

This can be reproduced at will by executing below steps:

a. On a 11g instance, download and install sample component called MultiSort from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/content-management/index-092832.html
b. Check-in content items (more than 20 which is what the search results default to) as UserA and logout.
c. Log in as UserB and checkout (more than 20 again).
d. Now navigate to My Content Server / My Checked-Out Content page (this shows Checked-Out Content for UserB).
e. The first page displays the results correctly such as "Checked Out By" and number of items.
f. Now navigate to second page by choosing from the drop-down menu for pages, it fetches result set for entire group that user belongs to and the number of checked-out items for the users switches to entire group as well.

Expected result - The "My Checked-Out Content" page should show only content items that are "Checked Out By" the current user and exact number of items as well.

Actual result - The "My Checked-Out Content" page shows results for all the content items checked out by all the users.
