DojoTree - General Admin Tree in Admin UI or Content Tree in Contributor UI Shows No Content (Doc ID 2109207.1)

Symptoms

Dojo tree shows no content or descriptive messages.  It has been verified that the user has required Roles/ACLs to access the tree.

This could happen to:

• General Admin (tree) in Admin UI.
• Content Tree in Contributor UI.

Upon refreshing the tree pane, the following javascript error is seen in the browser console:

Changes

Mirror Site Configuration recently happened from a publishing source to the environment in question (publishing destination).

TreeTabs are mirrored during the process, and the solution in Errors -12044 and -611 During Mirror Site Configuration (Doc ID 1401839.1) was implemented to rename existing TreeTabs in the environment, and TreeTabs are re-mirrored.
