When using Internet Explorer 11 to Download a WebCenter Content: Imaging Invoice, the "Save-As" Filename Contains ASCII Characters (Doc ID 2109806.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading browsers to Microsoft Internet Explorer 11, it has been noticed that default "Save as" file name has changed when downloading and invoice from WebCenter Imaging.

Instead of the default file name, the file name is "=_UTF-8_Q_<MyFileName>=2E<MyFileExtension>_=".
