Symptoms
Receiving error messages when attempting to login to WebCenter Forms Recognition:
Administrator can be logged in to Project, but Password doesn't correspond to the Database. Database will not be accessible.
Do you want to login again?
After selecting "no" the following message is returned:
Could not connect to batch root directory 'C:\', image root directory 'c:\'!
Connection to the job failed. Invalid Username/password.
Please check if your database connection is configured correctly and the correct batch folder is used in the settings.
