Symptoms

When user access Community and/or Gadgets app in WEM UI (e.g. http://<sites_host>:<port>/<sites_context>/login ), or directly to the Community application (e.g. http://<cg_host>:<port>/<cg_context>/admin/start.jsp?siteid=<site_name> ), the following is displayed:

"Starting Application..."
