Goal
As part of its Load Balancing functionality, Oracle Traffic Director (OTD) 11g changes the case sensitivity of the incoming HTTP request or outgoing HTTP response headers to a camel case format. This may not be desired for some situations where the applications rely on the case sensitivity of the HTTP headers. How to ask the OTD not to change the header?
