PeopleSoft Portlet Is Not Visible In WebCenter Portal

Customer have configured WebCenter Portal (WCP) to consume PeopleSoft WSRP portlets. There are two portlets (Absence Requests and Absence Request) that are exposed from PeopleSoft. Only one of these portlets is displayed in the WCP resource catalog. The other is not found in the resource catalog.
