Symptoms

Error in WebCenter Forms Recognition Web Verifier after applying Microsoft Security Patch KB3126587 -  (Security update for Windows: February 9, 2016).

After applying the patch, WFR returns the following error from Web Verifier:

"Failed to connect to E-Business suite to check for duplicate invoices"
