現象
Windows マシンに新規インストールされているReports 12cです。
uifont.ali フォントファイルの問題チェックのため、フォントチェックユーティリティ (FNCHK.EXE) を実行しようとする際に、次のエラーで失敗します:
The program can't start because MSVCR90.DLL is missing from your computer.
