oamconsole login redirects to default weblogic login page (Doc ID 2112600.1)

Symptoms

 When you access the oamconsole , it gets redirected to default weblogic login page even when the OAM Managed Server on the same machine is up and in running state. Verified that OAM managed server is listening in both HTTP and NAP ports and other webgates are able to connect with this server successfully.
