Symptoms

After applying <Patch 18974665> to fix unpublished BUG 18790994, encountering NullPointerException.

Machine Configuration:

SOA 12.1.3 Quick Start Install Compact Domain (}PATH}/osb/weblogic/bam in adminserver run outside of JDeveloper) using Oracle DB 12c r12.1.0.1 for SOA Schema on Linux 6 u5 (with Jdeveloper installed)
WLS 12.1.3.0.0
Exalogic Version 2.0.6.2.0

After applying <Patch 18974665> and creating Domain NullPointerExceptions are noticed.
